Job description

We are proud to be partnering with a highly reputable organisation who are recruiting for a Reward Specialist on am in initial temporary 2-month contract.

The position is due to start as soon as possible and the daily rate is negotiable.

The ideal candidate must be confident using spreadsheets, handling pay reviews and happy to deal with day to day pay and benefit related queries.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting in the pay review cycle through information gathering drafting communications and supporting the implementation

  • Leading on reward projects, such as salary banding, benchmarking, bonus calculations

  • Handling day to day queries which come through regarding benefit and salary

  • Managing benefits provisions for use across the organisation

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Previous experience working in the private sector (desirable)

  • Has handled pay reviews

  • Led on reward projects

  • Confident in using spreadsheets

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday, Flexible working
