We are delighted to be partnering with a large wholesale and distribution organisation, to support their search for a new permanent Reward & Benefits Manager to drive forward their reward and benefits strategy.

They are looking for an ambitious, collaborative and positive individual to make the role their own and get involved in the full cycle of reward and benefits.

They are offering a salary of circa £50,000 - £55,000, plus £7,100 car allowance, and are happy to offer fully remote working, with occasional travel to their sites across the country.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Developing rewards and benefits strategy

• Implementing new benefits provisions for use across the organisation

• Leading on reward projects, such as salary banding, benchmarking, job evaluation and job grading

• Developing and continuously improving the newly implemented benefits platform

• Supporting the Reward Analyst with rewards analysis and insights

Experience required:

• Previous experience of reward and benefits strategy development and implementation

• Previous use of KornFerry Hay is desirable
