We are currently partnering with a large organisation based in Oxford within the public sector, who are recruiting for a Resourcing Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £35,745 - £38,223pa, offering 3/4 days of home working, and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Comprehensive understanding of an ATS functionality
• Proven experience of improving and continually developing end to end complex recruitment processes and procedures
• Experience of managing a team (Desirable)
