We are currently partnering with a housing association based in the Midlands, who are recruiting for a Repairs Scheduler to join their team for an initial 6 months. This is a full-time position with rate of pay of £13.68 per hour PAYE.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working within the repairs team, assisting in providing an efficient repairs service to customers

• Planning and scheduling repairs work to ensure maximum productivity

• Dealing with Trades, booking in jobs with customers is the main role

• Responsible for customer enquiries, mainly over the telephone and have the ability to diagnose repairs, issue orders of work and arrange subsequent appointments

• Taking inbound and making outbound phone calls, update tenants on repairs, liaising with Trades and ensure everyone is kept updated throughout

• Updating systems accordingly at each stage

Expertise required:

• Experience of working with customers under a pressured environment

• Ideally have experience within a housing association or council

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday - Friday

• 8:30am-5pm
