Job description
Our client, based in Kent, is currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator on a 3 month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is up to £17 per hour via umbrella.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and experience in the use of planning tools to deliver excellent repair service delivery.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Taking incoming calls from the Housing Association’s tenants regarding required repairs and scheduling appointments for Trade Operatives to complete repairs works
Inputting data onto in-house systems and ensuring all data is GDPR compliant
Making any required outbound calls to customers to discuss and resolve repairs issues and to escalate any issues to the relevant Supervisors as required
Undertaking operative administration tasks including scheduling follow on appointments and ordering parts amongst others
Assisting in answering complex queries and providing repairs knowledge and guidance to assist the contact centre in diagnosing repairs reported by residents
Logging the correct Schedule of Rates codes and providing guidance to assist operatives in the execution of their duties
Maintaining a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all relevant legislation, procedures and best practice within the service area
Experience required:
Good administrative experience
Experience of liaising with customers by letter and phone
Experience in dealing with Complaints
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Planning and organising
Excellent communication skills
Analysis of data
Ability to work collaboratively

37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
