Job description
Our client, a large public sector organisation based in Birmingham, is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager on a temporary contract for three months. The role will be based in the office in Central Birmingham 3 days per week, with 2 days working from home.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The role will be paid on a day rate, based on the equivalent salary of £47,000 - £50,000.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the public sector, and managed the recruitment function of an organisation.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
Leading and motivating the resourcing team, setting and ensuring targets are achieved
Ensuring an excellent candidate experience is through the whole recruitment process
Ensuring the recruitment process is fully compliant with UKVI regulations, DBS processes and GDPR standards
Leading on senior and executive recruitment, ensuring effective engagement with relevant senior stakeholders
Championing best practice and providing expert advice to recruiting managers on all aspects of recruitment; supporting them through the full recruitment process and leading on the delivery of recruitment training
Supporting recruiting managers by providing standard job descriptions, arranging panels, organising interviews and coordinating communication with candidates
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Managed a recruitment team in a previous role
Experience communicating with key stakeholders
Carrying out the recruitment process for senior level roles
WORKING HOURS
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
