Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a national public transport provider, who are looking to appoint a permanent Recognition & Engagement Manager to improve employee engagement across the organisation.

This will be a full-time position, and can be based from any of their key offices in Birmingham, Crewe or London, with national travel required and hybrid working available, and a salary of circa £50,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing employee engagement solutions and programmes, and be a confident communicator.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Improving employee engagement and recognition across the organisation
  • Conducting internal surveys, analysing data. and developing and implementing solutions
  • Measuring impact of solutions and programmes
  • Developing an employee engagement programme, including Employee Value Proposition and focus on the Colleague Experience Journey
  • Reviewing recognition provisions and platforms
  • Hosting and planning regional recognition events

Experience required:

  • Experience implementing employee engagement programmes and monitoring solutions
  • Experience carrying out internal surveys and analysing data
  • Background in HR and an understanding of the people team and strategy

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible)
