Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading Social Housing provider based in East Anglia who are recruiting for a Property Services Manager to join their team on permanent basis.

The role is part time, three days per week, two days in the office, one day at home. The salary for the role is £35,201 (pro rata for three days £21,120.84) and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Overseeing a small team of one Property Compliance & Repairs Co-Ordinator and one Building Surveyor
Leading the Property Services function by developing positive relationships with private landlords, contractors and key stakeholders
Negotiating contracts and ensuring homes are compliant with Health, Safety & Compliance legislations and regulations
Ensuring properties are to a high standard and implementing remedial action in line with shortfallings
Holding budget control for the Property Services function
Experience required:
At least two years’ experience as a Property Services Manager
Have experience and be able to produce, understand and present good management information
Proven high level experience within property compliance, repairs and planned works in a social housing setting
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Ability to set and manage budgets and achieve true value for money
Previous skills around multi-tasking to balance the needs of the customer and the business to get the right outcome
An infectious passion for all things property, great social housing insight, problem solving skills and an upbeat personality
