We are currently partnering with an innovative performing arts institution in Central London, who are recruiting for a People Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of £38,000 to £41,000 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing the planning, execution, and completion of HR projects to ensure they are delivered on time within scope and budget
Leading on various ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances and sickness and absence management, managing 2-3 cases at any one time
Supporting on various recruitment activities including branding initiatives
Assisting in the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company values and best practice
Line managing two HR Advisors
Preparing comprehensive reports, metrics, and analytics, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement
Line managing or mentoring of staff
Managing ER cases
Working within the recruitment lifecycle
