Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in Central London, who are recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is proud to be one of the oldest educational institutions in London who teach students across a wide range of courses. They welcome students from across the globe and have been recognised internationally for their work.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £32,979 to £36,396 and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Providing procedural advice and guidance to managers on basic informal and formal casework, under the support and guidance of the Associate HRBP
Managing the administrative support related to ER casework at all stages of the process, e.g., booking rooms, coordinating availability, collating evidence and disseminating paperwork
Attending formal hearings and investigations in the capacity of notetaker
Creating and maintaining case management files and preparing standard letters for casework under the guidance of the Associate HRBP
Ensuring internal management systems are maintained accurately and are up to date
Supporting the Senior HRBP and Associate HRBP in the management of wider HR initiatives
Providing procedural advice and support to managers and employees on a broad range of HR processes as required
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Working on complex ER cases
Note taking in ER meetings
Maintaining of HRIS’s
