Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a prestigious education provider based in central Birmingham, who are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a 12-month FTC.
They are able to offer a salary of up to £43,155, as well as excellent holiday and pension benefits and are looking for someone with a really strong generalist HR background.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Handling a varied ER caseload including performance management, absence, grievance, disciplinary and wellbeing
Advising line managers and employees on job and organisation design, succession planning and training/development needs
Working with Development Partners to aid with the development of managers and staff
Ensuring compliance with employment law and statutory duties such as visas and right to work checks
Contributing to the delivery and analysis of regular KPI and ad-hoc management information
Experience required:
True generalist skillset
Handling varied ER casework
Supporting change management processes
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Able to rapidly build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
Able to analyse and exploit HR information systems to obtain valid KPI data
Confident in delivering briefings and/or training to employees at all levels
IT skills, including MS Office applications and HR Information Systems
