Job description
We are currently working in partnership with an established architecture company who are looking to appoint a HR Assistant on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based in West Yorkshire, with hybrid working (Two days home working available after 6 months) and a salary of £25,000 to £28,000 per annum.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Management of the HRIS – PeopleHR, ensuring the data is maintained diligently and accurately
Ownership of all HR administration tasks relating to the full employee HR lifecycle
Maintain the ATS system managing and monitoring job adverts
Produce and issue relevant contracts and offer packs centrally for new recruits
Deal with all the associated new starters paperwork and pre-employment processes and procedures, including references and right to work checks through the onboarding system
Setting up new employee records on PeopleHR and all associated changes through the employee journey
Be the main point of contact between HR and Payroll for all monthly pay and benefit related changes
Manage the job advertisement process
Support the HR team with the annual pay and bonus review
Provide support to the HR department with ad hoc initiatives
Contribute to Health & Wellbeing initiatives
Support on data collection and analysis, including exit interviews and surveys
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
CIPD L5 qualified, working towards this or have equivalent experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of HR and employment legislation and best practice
Proactive nature, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude

Working from home – two days a week (available after six months)
Flexible working hours
Working hours:
Monday – Thursday - 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday – 8.30am - 4.30pm (one hour lunch) or 9.00am – 5.00pm (30 mins lunch)
