Job description

​We are currently partnering with an organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, who are recruiting for a HR & Payroll Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position, offering 2 days’ work from home, with a salary of £30,000, plus profit bonus and the start date is as soon as possible, subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Dealing with HR matters across the organisation and helping to prepare and process 2 bureau payrolls per month for 350 staff

  • Assisting with recruitment and completing starter, onboarding and leaving processes

  • Completing P11D and RTI Submissions

  • Managing pension schemes, contribution payments and pre payroll processing

  • Contributing to culture, engagement and other project work across the business

  • Assisting the HR BP when needed with project work such as TUPE and Acquisitions

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Pre payroll process experience

  • Strong with systems and IT

  • 3 years of relevant experience
