Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in North London, who are recruiting for a Housing Officer on a temporary 3-month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with interviews being conducted this week. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous tenancy management experience, have a basic DBS certificate, or be happy to have one carried out, drive and have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing a patch of 400 properties across North London
  • Carrying out estate inspections
  • Tenancy management; viewings, sign ups, voids and allocations
  • Dealing with medium to low level ASB
  • Investigating cases of Tenancy Fraud, serving NOSPS and NTQ when required
  • Signposting customers to additional support providers
