We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Southeast London, who are looking to appoint a Housing Officer on a temporary basis until July 2026.

This will be a full-time position based in Bellingham, with 1 day working from home and a negotiable rate up to £26UMB.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Housing Officer role, particularly in tenancy management

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a patch of around 500 properties
• Handling anti-social behaviour (ASB) disputes
• Signing notices and carrying out court action
• Undertaking probationary visits
• Completing mutual exchanges and successions

Experience required:

• Tenancy management
• Understanding the general responsibilities of a Housing Officer
• Previous use of CRM systems

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Knowledge on the allocations process
• Familiarity with social housing tenancy agreements
• ASB procedures and escalation processes
• Knowledge of relevant policies
