We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Surrey, who are looking to appoint a Housing Officer on a 3-month contract.

This will be a full-time position with an hourly rate for this position is negotiable.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a housing association and a full UK Drivers Licence.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Maintaining a caseload of 15 clients who are soon to be released from hospital
• Carrying out estate inspections
• Reporting any repairs needed on the properties
• Completing tenancy audits

Experience required:

• Experience working within a housing association
• Experience as a housing officer

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Working hours:

• 37.5 a week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
