We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Liverpool, who are recruiting for a Housing Assistant on a temporary six-week contract. The position is due to start immediately and is perfect for those looking for a role before Christmas. The hourly rate of pay is between £11.68 - £14.00 per hour including holiday pay.

The ideal candidate will have used the Property Pool Plus and Orchard system previously and have a background processing Allocations. The role will be in the office 4-5 days per week and is Monday – Friday (36.20 hours per week).

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Processing Housing applications using the property pool plus

• Conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys with tenants and handling complaints

• Preparing tenancy packs for new tenants

• First point of contact from tenants in relation to Housing, Rents or repair queries

• Supporting Housing Officers with diary management and viewings

• Ensuring systems are up to date, all administration is completed and all tenancy documents are sorted

Experience required:

• Strong Administration experience

• Experience within Lettings and Allocations

• Able to handle complaints from clients
