Job description
Our client, based in the East Midlands, is currently recruiting for a Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager on a permanent contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The annual salary would be £40,000 per annum including company benefits.
The ideal candidate must hold a NEBOSH certification, have experience of a similar role within social housing and hold a full UK Driving License .
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing the Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality aspect of the Housing Association
Supporting site operatives with training and guidance of Health and Safety queries/problems
Developing Health and Safety systems and processes
Developing mobile working technology within the business
Completing risk assessments and method statements
Completing COSH assessments
Devising and implementing the company’s health and safety policies and systems
Keeping up-to-date with all relevant legislation and policies
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing/Construction sector
Experience working with customers within housing
Experience with ISO standards
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Risk assessment and management
Compliance and due diligence
Strong customer service skills

37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm
