We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Surrey, who are recruiting for a Fire Remediation Project Manager on a temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately.

The role is fixed term contract paying £75,000 - £85,000 for either 12 or 24 months but they are also open to taking on a consultant on a day rate likely outside IR35.

The ideal candidate will have project managed major cladding projects.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Project manage major cladding projects values up to £20 million

• Lead and supervise multi disciplinary teams

• Maintain effective communication across complex stakeholder groups to keep all updated on issues arising

• Manage the roles of external consultants and contractors while monitoring critical paths to ensuring delivery of key milestones

• Manage multi-million pound contracts, deliver value for money services to ensure that the projects are effectively managed to budget and scope

Experience required:

• JCT contracts

• Fire Safety

• Successfully managing end-to-end delivery

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Risk assessment and management

• Financial management and budgeting

• Compliance and due diligence
