Job description

We are currently partnering with a Housing provider in the East Midlands, who are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their vibrant repairs team on a temporary three month contract.

Our client is a market leading provider of assisted living, care and housing support across the East Midlands. This role is fully office based.

This is a full-time position with a pay rate of £17 per hour via umbrella company. This is an immediate start position.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Being a key point of contact to those contacting the housing service regarding repairs and maintenance issues

  • Providing efficient service with a customer centric approach to enable first point resolution to all customers

  • Working with internal/external customers including sub contractors, third party builders and wider teams to resolve issues

  • Liaising with internal and external customers and contractors to maintain “right first time” policy when reporting and repairing maintenance issues

  • Maintaining the relevant CRM and back office database, ensuring accurate reporting of customer enquiries

  • Ensuring any customer appointments are prepared for efficiently including sourcing of relevant materials and are attended on time

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role is essential

  • Experience dealing with repairs and maintenance issues

  • Be hard working, reliable and able to work well under pressure

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday shift patterns. 9:00am-5:00pm, 8:00am-4:00pm, 10:00am-6:00pm
