Job description
We are currently partnering with a Housing provider in the East Midlands, who are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their vibrant repairs team on a temporary three month contract.
Our client is a market leading provider of assisted living, care and housing support across the East Midlands. This role is fully office based.
This is a full-time position with a pay rate of £17 per hour via umbrella company. This is an immediate start position.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Being a key point of contact to those contacting the housing service regarding repairs and maintenance issues
Providing efficient service with a customer centric approach to enable first point resolution to all customers
Working with internal/external customers including sub contractors, third party builders and wider teams to resolve issues
Liaising with internal and external customers and contractors to maintain “right first time” policy when reporting and repairing maintenance issues
Maintaining the relevant CRM and back office database, ensuring accurate reporting of customer enquiries
Ensuring any customer appointments are prepared for efficiently including sourcing of relevant materials and are attended on time
Experience required:
Previous experience in a customer focused role is essential
Experience dealing with repairs and maintenance issues
Be hard working, reliable and able to work well under pressure
Working hours:
35 hours per week
Monday – Friday shift patterns. 9:00am-5:00pm, 8:00am-4:00pm, 10:00am-6:00pm
