​We are delighted to be representing a Care Provider, based in The Black Country, who are looking to appoint a new Credit Controller on a temporary to permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position, with predominantly remote working (1 day per month in the office following a training period). They hourly rate is £15 PAYE with the permanent salary being £25,000.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Chasing debt and ensuring payments are made within contractual terms

• Following up on queries so all revenue is secured and paid for within contractual payment terms

• Forecasting monthly cashflow and escalating any issues to management

• Providing support to the billing team to ensure all revenue is billed accurately and on time to maximise cash collection

• Maintaining effective communications with both external customers and with internal departments

• Supporting KPIs for the credit control team and making recommendations

• Dealing with queries via telephone, email and face to face and escalate difficult queries

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Intermediate excel – VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables

• Two years’ experience within credit control
