Our client, based in Macclesfield, is currently recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator on a 2-month rolling temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is around the £24.00 per hour via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within Social Housing, assisting with all areas of the Big 6 Compliance features and be willing to commute to Macclesfield four times a week for initial part of the contract.

Please see below a list of the required duties:

• Uploading information relating to specialist compliance certificates on Excel and in house systems, including information relating to EICRs, Fire Safety checks, Gas Safety checks and servicing of specialist equipment

• Updating in house ‘Fire safety trackers’ following specialist works and inspections carried out by compliance officers

• Liaising with tenants over the phone to confirm appointments for compliance officer

• Carrying out internal communication with compliance officers and the senior management team

• Visiting properties alongside the compliance officers as required (Very rare)

• Working alongside documentation relating to Asbestos, Legionella, Gas, Fire, Lifts, Electrics and Damp and Mould

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Compliance and due diligence

• Big 6 Compliance areas
