Our client, based in Devon is currently recruiting for a Compliance & Planned Works Service Manager on a three-month rolling contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The daily rate for this role is up to £360 per day dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience working managing a team, working on planned/cyclical maintenance and have been involved in domestic compliance.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Lead the overall responsibility of Building Compliance and Cyclical Servicing

• Deliver an asset management programme and ensure all planned works are completed within timeframes

• Maintain a housing condition data and ensuring compliance with Decent Homes Standard

• Ensure compliance with Asbestos, Gas Safety, Legionella, Fire Safety and Health & Safety

• Oversee the procurement of new planned work contracts and the subsequent management/coordination

• Develop and implement a compliance management model, ensuring all who work for the organisation are aware of procedures to minimise risk

• Continuously work on the improvement/modernisation of Housing Stock to continue to further the service to tenants

• Maintain control of the overall budget for the Housing Compliance and Planned works team

Experience required:

• Domestic planned maintenance

• Working with all aspects of compliance
