Job description
The ideal candidate will have general housing knowledge, have experience managing tenancies, serving NOPS and NTQs, and have experience dealing with ASB, Tenancy Queries and rental arrears.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a patch of properties across the Newton region
Dealing with medium to low level ASB
Monitoring tenants rent accounts and chase tenants rent arrears
Signposting customers to additional support providers
Dealing with general estate and tenancy management
Experience required:
Experience required as a Housing Officer or in a similar Housing role
Experience working with customers within housing
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Risk assessment and management
Financial management and budgeting
Compliance and due diligence
Ability to hit the ground running

Monday – Thursday, 9am-5pm
Friday: 08:30-16:30
