Our client, based in Salisbury, is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor & EPC Assessor on a 6-month contract.

The position is due to start mid-July on a full-time basis. The rate per survey is £18 per flat, £24 per house & an additional £25 per EPC performed in each property. This is an outside IR35 role.

The ideal candidate will have conducted both stock condition surveys and EPC assessments in social housing properties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting stock condition surveys and EPC’s where applicable on Social Housing units

• Ensuring buildings are designed and constructed so that there are appropriate provisions for the early warning of fire, and appropriate means of escape in case of fire from the building to a place of safety

• Liaising with and engaging with residents in regards to work carried out

• Achieving the required surveys per day based on relevant targets

Experience required:

• DEA accredited

• Social housing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Good communication skills

• Attention to detail

• HHSRS knowledge

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday

• Flexible working hours
