We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Yeovil, who are recruiting for a Contract Manager on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately, subject to notice period, with a salary of £42,203 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Contract Management, a minimum of a HNC and a full UK Driving License.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing four contractors who are responsible for the servicing of lifts, hoists, stair lifts and various other lifting equipment within domestic properties

• Ensuring contractors are working in line with pre-agreed SLAs, and challenging the work of contractors as required

• Tendering for new contracts and managing the contract renewal process

• Ensuring contractors can deal with changes in geography

• Streamlining issues relating to No Access in domestic properties

• Visiting sites and dealing with complaints as required
