​We are currently partnering with a housing association in South London, who are recruiting for a Resourcing Specialist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £36,715 per annum plus excellent benefits, including three days working from home per week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Optimising resource allocation and planning across the organisation by accurately assessing and managing business needs providing an end-to-end service which gives support across absence, vacancies, retention and temporary resources

• Consulting with team and other parts of the organisation to determine resourcing needs

• Using relevant workforce planning data and knowing the right sourcing approaches and digital tools to tap into diverse and untapped candidate pools to meet current and future business needs

• Managing, training and developing in-house zero hour workforce as well as recruitment agencies for ad hoc resource supply

• Documenting, implementing and improving resourcing processes, compiling data analysis reports and associated recommendations for improvement

Experience required:

• Confident end-to-end recruiter

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
