Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Bristol based Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Repairs Planning Team Leader on a fixed term contract for the next 12 months.

This will be a full-time position based in Bristol, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £35,670 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams in a call handling settling, and an understanding of repairs/ social housing.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing a small team of coordinators within a housing provider
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors over the phone in relation to repairs and surveys
  • Handling complaints as required
  • Coaching staff through tricky calls
  • Ensuring internal staff are meeting pre-agreed KPIs

 

Experience required:

  • Experience of coordinating works
  • Experience of complaints handling
  • Strong phone manner
  • IT Literacy

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday - Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 16:30
