Job description
Our client, based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent contract. Our client is a prestigious and historic University with over 15,000 students across their campus, offering high quality educational programmes and opportunities.
The position is due to start in April on a full-time basis. The salary for this position is £34,478 up to £40,024 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of recruitment best practice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Working with designated departments within the organisation to proactively determine their recruitment needs and provide professional recruitment advice, which includes the types of places to advertise and increasing of diversity hires
Advising recruiting managers on adverts, job descriptions and media options, utilising professional recruitment knowledge and knowledge of designated business areas
Working closely with designated HR Business Partners to fully understand the workforce planning priorities for each area and deliver to plans through recruitment projects
Ensuring that the recruitment actions are completed accurately and meet best practice and fully utilise the Applicant Tracking System and the HR Database to aid effective and timely recruitment of staff
Supporting the selection processes, including interviewing and administering appropriate test/assessments
Undertaking UKVI processes, including application for certificates of sponsorship (COS) using the SMS system and providing advice on all relevant employment visas
Experience required:
Proven experience of working successfully in an in-house recruitment role with experience of end to end processes, in a large complex organisation
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Expert knowledge of recruitment best practice, including talent attraction, knowledge of media options and recruitment through social media platforms, such as LinkedIn

Working hours:
35 hours per week
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
