Job description

We are currently working with a Health & Social Care provider based in Halesowen, who are looking to appoint an On-boarding Administrator on a fixed term contract for six months.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis, offers a generous home working policy (4 days pw) and has a salary of £22,000.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Guiding and advising line managers on the correct on-boarding process

  • Ensuring correct compliance processes are carried out on all new starters

  • Conducting reference, right to work, qualifications and DBS checks

  • Arranging inductions for new starters

  • Ensuring all pre-employment documents are sent to new starters, including offer letters, contracts and application packs

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills

  • Confident over the phone in supporting line managers and new starters

  • Able to work autonomously in a busy environment

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week

  • Monday - Friday

  • 9.00am-5.00pm

  • 1 day a week in the office
