Job description
We are currently working with a Health & Social Care provider based in Halesowen, who are looking to appoint an On-boarding Administrator on a fixed term contract for six months.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis, offers a generous home working policy (4 days pw) and has a salary of £22,000.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Guiding and advising line managers on the correct on-boarding process
Ensuring correct compliance processes are carried out on all new starters
Conducting reference, right to work, qualifications and DBS checks
Arranging inductions for new starters
Ensuring all pre-employment documents are sent to new starters, including offer letters, contracts and application packs
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Confident over the phone in supporting line managers and new starters
Able to work autonomously in a busy environment
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday - Friday
9.00am-5.00pm
1 day a week in the office
