We are currently partnering with a local Council based in Devon, who are recruiting for a Reactive Maintenance Surveyor to join their growing team on an initial 3-month temporary basis.

This is a full-time position with a fantastic pay rate of £43.58 on an umbrella basis and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out reactive maintenance surveys on domestic properties across the Exeter region, including specialist surveys relating to damp and mould

• Utilising knowledge of HHSRS in relation to surveys on domestic properties

• Creating specifications of work and pricing works against a schedule of rates

• Carrying out post inspections as required

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Experience working on damp and mould

• Knowledge of HHSRS
