We are proud to be partnering with a South Wales based Housing Association who are recruiting for a Planned Works Surveyor, specialising on ORP/ Decarbonisation work on a contract until March 2026.

This will be a full-time position based in South Wales, which will largely be based on site and in the office, paying up to £29 per hour via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong social housing background, as well as experience delivering planned works programmes.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing the delivery of ORP for domestic properties in South Wales
• Liaising with tenants on a regular basis to provide information on how ongoing works may disrupt them, and providing an understanding of timeframes
• Post inspecting the work of contractors, ensuring it's completed in line with pre-agreed SLAs
• Managing budgets and invoicing
• Projects will largely be related to PV installs, loft insulation and energy reduction upgrades

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience working with customers within housing
• Experience delivering planned works programmes, ideally relating to decarb/ retrofit

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Budget management and invoicing
• Contractor invoicing
