We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Manchester, who are recruiting for a permanent Multi-Skilled Joiner . The position is due to start immediately and the salary is £32,330.

The ideal candidate will be able to carry out all generic Joinery duties, whilst also being able to carry out general multi-skilled roles to ensure first time fixes.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing planned + reactive carpentry maintenance within a number of residential properties

• Completing 1st and 2nd fixes to repair and maintain properties

• Being responsible for hanging doors, fitting skirting boards and any other task Work off a PDA in relation to jobs

• Carrying out low level Experience in tap repairs, locating leaks, swapping worktops and reinstalling taps

• Call out rotas (1 in 13 weeks)

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with tenants within housing
