We are currently partnering with a Housing Association based in Staffordshire, who are recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join their growing team on a temporary basis for a month, with opportunities to extend.

This is a full-time (37 hours/week) position with a rate of circa £20.00/hour (Umbrella) and the line manager is looking to interview as soon as possible.

Office presence up to 4 days per week is desirable.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Drafting and processing legal documents including court bundles, tenancy agreements and possession notices
• Supporting housing officers with legal aspects of disrepair, ASB, and rent arrears cases
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection policies
• Liaising with solicitors, courts, and enforcement agencies to progress legal proceedings
• Using case management systems to track case progress, manage deadlines and generate reports
• Monitoring legal case outcomes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed in line with regulatory and policy requirements

Experience required:

• Experience required within a legal setting

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, flexible start/finish times
