​Our client, based in North-West London and Middlesex, is currently recruiting for a Leasehold Scheme Manager on a three month temporary contract. Our client is a housing association who are one the UK’s largest providers of high quality housing, health and social care.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with vulnerable elderly people in schemes aged 55+.

 Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing two schemes with 30 units each (60 total)

• Carrying out building management throughout the schemes and raising repairs with contractors

• Providing tenancy management such as viewings, sign ups and voids

• Conducting health and safety checks such as fire assessments, trip hazards and checking pull cords

• Creating tailored support plans for each resident to help them live independently

• Engaging with tenants by creating programmes and activities

• Handling low level ASB, such as disputes and noise complaints

Essential criteria:

• Enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years

• Previous experience working with vulnerable elderly people

• Responsible for building management and health and safety

• Conducting risk assessments and health and safety checks
