Job description

We are currently representing a reputable and growing firm within professional services who are looking to appoint a Learning & Talent Advisor on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a new role within the business, and you will be responsible for managing the organisations trainee and apprenticeship programmes.

The role is due to start as soon as possible, and the salary is c£30k (DOE).

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Delivering the Trainee and Apprenticeship programmes including the development of a learning curriculum
  • Working with Universities and Education providers to increase talent attraction
  • Develop the Vacation Scheme and Summer Internship programme
  • Engaging with future talent throughout the ongoing development of their career
  • Arranging and handling assessment centres for apprentices and trainees
  • Supporting on the recruitment and induction of successful candidates
  • Assisting with the design and delivery of the organisations learning programme
  • Working with the L&D team in the delivery of certain projects such as Onboarding, Systems development and implementation of a new LMS
  • Supporting the future Investors in People (IIP) accreditation and other relevant awards and accreditations
  • Skills required:

  • Confident in delivering projects
  • Able to use initiative and take a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong presentation and delivery skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

    • Monday – Friday
