Job description

Our client, a prominent Housing Association based in Manchester, is currently seeking a dedicated Lead Dynamics 365 (D365) Engineer to enhance and maintain their D365 system. The successful candidate will focus on the technical aspects of Dynamics 365, including customisation, configuration, and optimisation, to meet the organisation's needs. This role involves working closely with the IT team and stakeholders to ensure the D365 platform aligns with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customise and configure D365 to meet business process requirements.

  • Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom solutions for D365.

  • Integrate D365 with other business systems and third-party applications.

  • Assist in data migration and system upgrades.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

  • Provide technical support and training to users.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Dynamics 365 customisation, configuration, and development.

  • Strong understanding of .NET frameworks, especially MVC.

  • Experience with Azure and SharePoint integrations.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Desirable:

  • Experience within a housing association or the public sector.

  • Knowledge of housing association regulatory and compliance requirements.
