We are currently partnering with a manufacturing firm, who are looking for a HR Business Partner to be based from their Tyseley site on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £35,000 - £40,000 (subject to experience), with 1 day per week home working, and the start date is subject to notice, but they are looking to get someone started as soon as possible.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Supporting with the full employee life-cycle, including employee relations, recruitment, L&D and training
Managing difficult and complex employee relations cases, such as grievances, disciplinaries, absences and performance
Handling HR Administrative tasks such as gathering information and reporting on key people metrics
Coaching, advising and guiding managers on HR best practice
Supporting with the achievement of organisational strategic goals, including succession planning, EDI and wellbeing
Experience working within a busy, fast-paced environment
Previously managed high-volume employee relations cases
Coaching and advising line mangers
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Self-starter who can hit the ground running
Able to work autonomously
