We are currently working in partnership with a multi Academy schools trust, who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner or an Associate Business partner on a 3-6 month temporary basis.

This will be a full-time position based in NW London, with hybrid working (4 days home working) and rate negotiable upon experience.

The ideal candidate will have Extensive experience in advising senior stakeholders on employment law updates and leading complex employee relations cases.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Leading on supporting formal and informal ER casework across the organisation
• Coaching and guiding managers at all stages of ER cases in order to mitigate risk
• Maintaining and updating the Single Central Register (SCR) where necessary
• Leading on project work in line with organisational policies and procedures, including the ED&I action plan, employee value proposition, and benefits and pay initiatives
• Developing and delivering HR training sessions for managers to strengthen understanding of policies and best practice
• Producing HR metrics and reports to provide insights to senior leadership and support data-driven decision making

Experience required:

• Experience required in Education
• Experience working as a Senior HR advisor or above

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• ER complex casework
• Compliance and due diligence

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm
