Our client, a UK leading charity based in Central London, is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a three month temporary basis.
The position is due to start as soon as possible on a full time basis. The hourly rate for this position is negotiable depending upon the candidate’s experience.
The ideal candidate must have experience in checking payroll documentation.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Develop and deliver a range of HR initiatives in line with the People strategy such as weeing initiatives, change management capability and family friendly initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulation
Provide advice and guidance across all areas of HR including but not limiting to employee relations and restructures
Manage multiple HR service provider contracts and processes including payroll, HRIS, apprenticeship levy and benefits providers
Maintain and develop the HRIS, and collaborate on the design of a new HRIS to ensure optimum value
Oversee the organisations pension and auto enrolment schemes while liaising with the person provider and communication changes to staff
Ensure HR policies and practices are evolving and fit for purpose, making recommendations for best practice and statutory compliance
Manage seasonal recruitment for the Training & Activity Centres while ensuring consistency and clarity on job descriptions
Checking payroll documentation
Maintaining and developing an HRIS
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Attetion to Detail
Computer Literate – Competent working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work Autonomously
35 hours per week
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
