​We are currently working with a Midlands based multi-Academy schools trust who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their Tipton site on a permanent basis.

The role is a full-time site-based position, is due to start as soon as possible, and offers between £25,409 and £26,845.

Our client is looking for candidates with strong experience in HR Administration, and ideally previous experience working in the public sector.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Monitoring and inputting absences onto the HR systems and database

• Taking minutes in employee relations meetings

• Supporting the recruitment process by posting job adverts, screening and short-listing candidates

• Managing the onboarding process

• Updating and maintaining the HR system

• Carrying out general administrative duties, such as filing and photocopying

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Experience monitoring and managing absence

• Experience supporting with generalist HR Administration tasks
