​Our client, based in West London, is currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a 3-month temporary contract. Our Client, has over 25 years in housing and has grown to become one of the leading social housing providers. They offer affordable homes to rent and manage and maintain more than 7,500 homes.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have recent Housing Officer experience and be immediately available to start the contract on short notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a patch of 550 properties

• Liaising with tenants going through renewals, visits, welfare benefits and inspections

• Being the first point of contact for tenants, handling complaints and low level ASB

• Carry out estate inspections

• Providing a presence within the community and reporting any issues

Experience required:

• Previous experience as a Housing Officer

• Dealing with enquiries and complaints from customers

• Aareon QL experience is desirable

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday - Friday 8.45am-5.15pm
