​We are currently working in partnership with a large Social Housing Provider based in Gloucestershire, who are currently recruiting for three Gas Engineers on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, with a salary of £39,000.

Our client is the proud provider of 46,000 sustainable and affordable homes to around 100,000 tenants across the nation.

These three roles will be spread across two separate patches;

• Patch one: Tewkesbury to Stroud (two roles)

• Patch two: Western-Super-Mare to Swindon (one role)

The ideal candidate will have experience with servicing and breakdowns and have the following qualifications; ACS - CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing reactive maintenance on boilers and heating systems within domestic properties

• Carrying out annual services to heating appliances in line with the manufacturers requirements of Industry British Standards

• Ensuring all work falls in line with Industry British Standards

• Working via a PDA and ensure all work completed is in line with health & safety regulations

• Ensuring any emergency work is attended and dealt with in a professional and efficient manner

Experience required:

• ACS - CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT

• Our client will place you on their Gas Safety Register

Rewards and Benefits:

• Standby Pay £700 per week + bonus for first time fix

Working hours:

• 40 hours per week

• Monday - Friday 8am-16:30pm
