Our client, based in North Birmingham, is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start as soon as possible (dependent on notice) on a full-time basis, and the salary for this position is circa £50,000.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Leading the international year end audit process, preparing financial statements and guiding

through external and internal audits

• Monthly custom submissions and declarations

• Tax compliance and regulatory reporting

• Being the main contact for any regulatory and compliance issues with regards to international office

• Helping deliver month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting requirements

• Assisting the business with ad hoc needs

• Proactively seeking out opportunities to improve systems and business processes to drive efficiencies in internal and external reporting

• Implementation of new e-invoicing system

Experience required:

• Experience in a similar position within Financial Accounts

• Fully qualified
