We are delighted to be working with a Housing Association in Cardiff who are recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a 6-month fixed term contract with strong possibility for extension.

Our client is looking to get started on this position as soon as possible with a salary equivalent of £26,000 pro rata. They are looking for an individual with great purchase ledger experience and someone who can hit the ground running.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Maintaining the purchase ledger, uploading and maintaining supplier information to the ledger

• Entering invoice data and processing paper invoices

• Completing VAT treatment and nominal coding

• Responding to customer queries

• Completing weekly payment runs and reconciling supplier statements

• Administering purchasing cards and handling petty cash

• Maintaining the register of invoices received and investigate any errors

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Purchase ledger experience

• Sage
