Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Kent, who are recruiting for a Customer Complaints Advisor on a temporary 3-month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable dependent on experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with damp & mould cases and have dealt with complaints in a social housing environment.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Be responsible for calls regarding to complaints relating to damp and mould cases within residents’ properties
Liaising with teams across the business to resolve complaints in a fair and transparent manner
Ensure the effective and timely coordination, management and monitoring of all complaints requiring investigation and response
Complete day-to-day administration of all complaints, member’s enquiries, MP Enquiries, Housing Ombudsman enquiries etc. received
Monitoring and accurately recording all complaints received, ensuring that investigation/response deadlines are adhered to and providing regular updates to management
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
Experience of working within Repairs
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am – 6pm
