Our client, based in Manchester, is currently recruiting for a Community Safety Specialist on a 2-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £25.00 Via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ASB and will have a car as patch work is required.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working on a caseload of low to high level ASB complaints

• Completing witness statements with victims and interviewing perpetrators

• Attending court when required for evictions

• Responsible for the safeguarding of tenants and ensuring the right processes are followed to ensure their safety

• Advising customers about possible tenancy breaches to give them opportunity to remedy the matter, offering referrals to support agencies both internal and external

• Liaising with external agencies on a regular basis, including the police
