We are currently working with Investors in People GOLD award winning charity who are looking for a Cluster Team Manager on a two-month temporary contract to be based out of their office in Barnet.

The role is a full-time site-based position, and is due to start as soon as possible.

Our client is looking for candidates with experience managing large teams of support workers and working closely with CQC in order to raise standards across the board.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a team of 29 support workers across various services in Barnet

• Carrying out CQC audits and inspections

• Working with the CQC commissioner in order to raise service standards

• Delivering one-to-ones to staff

• Conducting appraisals and following through on the outcomes to improve individual performance

• Managing all internal recruitment if necessary

Experience required:

• Experience managing people with complex needs

• Must have worked alongside the CQC

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good organisational and time management skills

• A thorough knowledge of tenancy management and rent arrears recovery

• Awareness of and ability to comply with health and safety legislation

• Experience assisting with clients with complex needs

• Ability to work flexibly and respond quickly to changing demands, while meeting deadlines

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week

• Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (Some flexibility)
