Our client, based in South London, is currently recruiting for a ASB Team Leader on a temporary contract that could go permanent. The temporary contract will last 3 months.

The start date will be at the beginning of September. The rate for this position is £37 per hour via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK Drivers Licence and access to a car.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Leading the ASB team to deliver effective case management and achieve positive outcomes
• Allocating cases whilst ensuring fair distribution and compliance
• Overseeing high risk and complex cases
• Building strong relationships with staff and clients
• Ensuring residents receive necessary support

Experience required:

• Experience in Social Housing
• ASB management and enforcement

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong understanding of social housing protocols and customer relations
• Patience and capability to deal with people compassionately

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours a week
• Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
