I wanted to work in an exciting and dynamic environment that offers both career progression and earning potential.

The friendly and supportive company culture that emphasises team work in which everyone feels encouraged to succeed.

Why did you decide to seek a graduate role in Birmingham/London/Leicester?

I wanted a graduate role with an easy commute but where I could also experience the buzz of the big city and enjoy socialising after work.

Favourite thing about working here so far?

How supportive my manager and team have been throughout my training.

 What has surprised you most about being a Recruitment Consultant?

The variety of the role,  you’re constantly learning new things about the job. No two days are the same!

What have you enjoyed most so far about your day-to-day work or training?

I’ve enjoyed the training programme in which I am constantly learning and applying new skills.
